My experiences as both an athlete and a mother have shaped my approach to fitness and health. I understand the challenges of balancing family life with personal goals, and I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone I work with. Each session is not just a workout; it’s an opportunity to build confidence, foster connections, and celebrate progress, no matter how small.
I have a passion for group fitness classes as there is such a sense of community among participants. We cheer each other on, share tips, and inspire one another to keep moving forward.
Moreover, I believe in the power of education when it comes to nutrition. I’ve taken the time to study various dietary approaches, always seeking the best ways to fuel our bodies for optimal performance. I love sharing recipes, meal prep ideas, and nutritional tips that are not only healthy but also practical for busy lifestyles. My goal is to empower my clients to make informed choices that align with their fitness goals and personal preferences.
Whether you are just starting out, looking to enhance your athletic performance, or simply striving for a healthier lifestyle, I am here to provide the guidance, motivation, and support you need. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and create a life filled with strength, health, and happiness!
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a prior background as a CrossFit Level I coach. I have 9+ years of experience coaching group fitness classes, personal training, consulting with nutrition clients and owning and operating two gyms.
I grew up as an active kid and played basketball competitively. It wasn’t until after college that I found group fitness style training and truly fell in love with training. Now, I enjoy sharing that passion for training, and the knowledge that I have gained, with our staff and clients.
I find purpose in helping my clients achieve their goals, whether it’s improving their strength, enhancing their endurance, or simply feeling more confident in their own skin. I believe that fitness is not just about physical appearance; it’s about building a resilient mindset and fostering a healthy lifestyle.
In my approach, I focus on creating tailored programs that cater to each individual’s needs and abilities. I emphasize the importance of proper form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure long-term success. Additionally, I incorporate elements of functional training to help clients perform better in their daily lives.
I also recognize the significance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals and strive to provide guidance that complements training programs. By educating my clients on the relationship between food and fitness, I empower them to make healthier choices that support their overall well-being.
My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients can thrive. I take pride in building strong relationships with my clients, celebrating their achievements, and helping them overcome obstacles along the way. Ultimately, I aim to inspire a lifelong commitment to health and fitness in everyone I work with.
Hi, I’m Victoria- a proud girl mom (with another little one on the way!), a full-time corporate professional, and a passionate fitness instructor. I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life and still want to feel strong, energized, and confident in your body. That’s why I’m here to help others find their best selves through fitness and balanced nutrition—no crash diets, no extremes.
I believe in sustainable habits that fit your real life. I fell in love with group fitness (and even found my husband in the gym!), and I’m all about creating a supportive, high-energy space where we push each other to grow.
Also, I’m a very early-morning workout person—so if I don’t seem super chatty at 5 a.m., I promise I’m not rude… just focused and getting it done before the chaos of the day kicks in!
Whether we’re sweating it out in a class or hiking a new trail, I’m here to help you build strength, find balance, and fall in love with the process.

Georgia born and raised, I have been a member of the Woodstock/Canton community for over 20 years. My love of fitness and strength training developed in my late twenties after the birth of my son. What began as a means just to change my body, grew into a passion over time. I am always striving to improve aspects of my health and hope that I am helping others do the same when they are in my classes or working out with me. I love music of all kinds, too; and at any time during a workout, you’ll most likely find me dancing to whatever is playing on the speakers. Feel free to join in!
I have a passion for health, wellness, and positive vibes! I have two teenagers that have played sports competitively and keeping up with the family and staying healthy has been my focus.
As one of our sales associates, I help to make sure everything runs smoothly—from greeting members with a smile to helping schedule classes etc. A fitness enthusiast at heart, I love being part of a community that inspires others to feel strong, confident, and motivated every day. As a once young athlete who made poor health choices in my 20’s and 30’s I have had to work hard and change my outlook on health and fitness and food. Fitness is important to me for two reasons the main is it helps ensure I can be present with my family as well as participate in any of the crazy activities my wife and kids want to dive into. Secondly it’s a way I can release stress and tension from things in my life that are hard to control it helps center me.
Im just a girl mama of two little loves that keep me busy with cheer, dance, and social schedules! It’s been just the 3 of us the last 4 years since my husband suddenly passed away so we are a very tight girl gang. Family is my number one priority and second is creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for my girls. I have always loved and prioritized health and fitness but grew to truly appreciate it when I was in the throws of my life being flipped upside down and coping with all the changes. Fitness not only saved me during a dark time but it shed a light on a new passion I found to help others do the same. I now compete and coach CrossFit athletes, train as a hybrid athlete in multiple areas, and coach individual clients with an array of physical and nutrition goals.

I was a very competitive soccer player in high school. I have done all facets of fitness over the years; was an avid runner and ran multiple Thanksgiving Day half marathons in Atlanta and the NY marathon. Spent time focused on gaining strength through Olympic Lifting (took multiple classes on olympic lifting technique), spent many years doing Crossfit and competed in various competitions around town, have always been consistent with lifting weights for hypertrophy. I am currently focused on mobility, nutrition, power and endurance for my tennis game and of course maintaining muscle mass at 50. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

I also used to teach aerial silks and I love rock climbing.
Hi! My name is Ansley, and I’m a student at Kennesaw State University with a passion for fitness and an active lifestyle. I also adore spending time with loved ones and encouraging others. I also love exploring new places through travel. One of my hopes is to make everyone feel loved and wanted, especially at the gym. Everyone has a story that should be told, and we all have a “why.” I want to encourage people to grow past their limits and feel stronger than before they walked through the doors.
The strong, supportive community here at Route 3 inspires me the most. Everyone truly supports each other’s goals and wants each one to be the strongest version of themselves. I am incredibly blessed to be part of your fitness journey, and I look forward to cheering you on in and out of the gym.
