R3 Performance is a cutting-edge fitness service dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. R3 Conditioning

This class incorporates various elements of cardiovascular and muscular endurance training using functional movements, to create a dynamic and engaging workout experience. Participants can expect to move through a series of exercises that may include bodyweight, resistance training, and cardiovascular equipment, all designed to elevate heart rates and improve overall endurance.

R3 Power

This group fitness class is designed to enhance your explosive strength and speed by specifically targeting fast twitch muscle fibers, which are essential for activities requiring quick bursts of energy.

R3 Open Gym

A time where you can come in and get your workout in outside of class times.

R3 Fit

This class incorporates various elements of cardiovascular and muscular endurance training using functional movements, to create a dynamic and engaging workout experience.

R3 Sprint

This group class is designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and improve overall fitness levels by incorporating aerobic endurance along with a variety of sprint interval intensity training.

R3 Hybrid (DEKA, Hyrox)

Balanced training for full-body strength and conditioning. Suitable for all levels.
